Champions and Master Balck Belt role is to take an active part while identifying the purpose of Six Sigma.
  • Six Sigma Master Black Belt
Six Sigma Master Black Belt is the highly emerged Black Belt, Which handles several projects and is an expert in Six Sigma Project. They have good skills compared to other Belts and their skill ranges from Communication, Coaching, and project management to statistical analysis. Six Sigma Master Black Belt trains Black Belts, Deployment Leader and Champion to perform according to their creativity.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt
Six Sigma Green Belt Professional serve as a trained team member of the organization.The role of Six Sigma Green Belt is to work on small Six Sigma projects within their own limited area. Green Belt has an ability to handle a project but it will not lead from the front, It executes the task with the help of Black Belt project and combines high level or machine level language and tools in daily operations.
  • Six Sigma Yellow Belt
The role of Yellow Belt is to help in analyzing and in the collection of measurements and metrics during a measurement stage. They often care about the process of development in Six Sigma projects.They will not lead projects on their own, Yellow Belts involves as a core member on DMIAC projects.
Six Sigma White Belt
It allows a team member to know their general role in the project and helps them to perform. The main role of Six Sigma White Belt is to analyze work with the problem-solving squad which supports basic Six Sigma Projects. It is considered as one of the less noticed Belts of Six Sigma project.
